1. The service

Marketfeed provides market data, charts and tools by API, WebSocket and an embeddable widget. It is provided for information only. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on this site is an offer or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

2. Accuracy and availability

Prices and history are provided "as is". They can be delayed, interrupted, incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them alone to make trading or financial decisions. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times.

3. API keys

• A key is personal to you or your organisation. Keep it secret and do not share it.
• Each key is limited to certain symbols and website domains and has request and connection limits. Do not try to get around them.
• We may limit, suspend or revoke a key at any time, for example for abuse or non-payment.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, redistribute or republish the data except under a written agreement with us.
• Do not scrape, overload or attack the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
• The chart widget may only be used on the domains your key allows.

5. Ownership

The software, design and data remain ours or our licensors'. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use them as allowed by your plan.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses or damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including trading losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and ending

We may change the service or these terms, and will update the date above. You can stop using the service at any time. We may end access if you break these terms.

8. Governing law
