Contract Legal Services

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into by and between the Centre for Disability Law and Policy (“CDLP”) and the client (“Client”) for the provision of legal services related to disability law and policy.

1. Scope Services.

CDLP agrees to provide legal advice, representation, and advocacy services to the Client in matters related to disability law and policy. The specific scope of services will be determined through mutual agreement between CDLP and the Client.

2. Fees Payment.

The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the legal services provided by CDLP. Fees are to be paid in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon by both parties.

3. Confidentiality.

CDLP will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client in the course of providing legal services. This includes but is not limited to client records, communications, and case details.

4. Governing Law.

This Contract and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CDLP is located.

5. Termination of Services.

Either party may terminate the legal services by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, CDLP will provide the Client with any necessary documents or information related to the legal matter.

6. Entire Agreement.

This Contract contains the entire agreement between CDLP and the Client regarding the provision of legal services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
